Congress Fee
The 200 dollar congress fee can be paid through the International transfer system Payson or a bank-transfer payment can be made in Euros/dollars. More information can be found on the site about the different options.

Travel assistance
Application for Travel Assistance for WILPF Congress 2011 can be downloaded from the site. Please note that financial aid is only given to sections from low income countries. For more information on which sections are eligible for travel assistance please contact Nancy Ramsden at njramsden@aol.com. Application must be received by congress@wilpf.ch before June 1, 2011.

Kay Camp Fund
The Kay Camp Fund was established to honor past national and international WILPF president, Kay Camp. The fund provides funding for active young WILPF members ( age 35 and under) who are planning international travel for a WILPF related event. The maximum of financial support is 600 dollars. The application form has been sent
out to all sections but if needed again please send an email to congress@wilpf.ch. The form should be sent in to japa@igc.org.

Visa applications
Information on who needs visa can also be found on the site. The people who needs document supporting there participation at the congress needs to contact congress@wilpf.ch as soon as possible. Please note that the visa process can take
long time in the spring/summer months. The following information needs to be submitted to receive an invitation letter/visa letter.

Vaccination
I encourage all travelers to visit a health clinic before departure. The vaccination which is recommended for travelers are hepatitis A, B and Typhoid. Vaccination for yellow fever is required for travelers arriving from a yellow-fever infected country in Africa or the Americas.
Recommendations do change from time to time and it is important to discuss your personal requirements with your doctor.
